The Bottom Line – Why You NEED Kangen Water! Well, I will answer that statement in a little bit. But first, I want to tell you a personal story that leads up to The Bottom Line.

Many years before I learned about Enagic’s Kangen Alkaline Water, I remember going to a Real Estate convention in Orlando, FL back in 2005. The event lasted over a four day period and I learned so much along the way through different courses and different instructors. Actually, I had been going to Real Estate conventions many times over the previous thirty plus years. And, I always tried to apply in a practical way what I had learned. So, why was this particular convention so important that it stuck in my mind?

Sure, I was in the right place at the right time. More importantly though, I was in the right mind-set … in the right place … and at the right time. Otherwise, it would have been just another convention that would soon have been forgotten. But, not this time. I was READY to listen, READY to learn, READY to understand and READY to take action! If Not Now … When?

Well, back at the convention in Orlando, FL, the instructor (referring to Real Estate) speaking to a group of over 500+ people, pointed directly to me and asked “If Not Now … When?!” And, before I could respond, he asked “If Not This … What?!” Then, the instructor said to the entire group, “If I asked these questions to each of you personally, would you feel as though I was putting you on the spot? Well, that is exactly what I am doing. Because, I am trying to help you to succeed. Of course, your success depends mostly on your desire, your goals, your motivation and your determination. All I can really do is head you in a positive direction with a Plan of Action that includes what to do and how to do it. The rest is up to you!”

Are You Ready?

So, once again the instructor turns to me and asks: “Are you ready to answer my questions?” He handed me the mike and I responded: “I have been a man of action most of my life. I’m not much on theory and I prefer practical application. I’m already motivated. I just need your Plan of Action to take the next steps. Where do I buy?!” … With that, the instructor said: “Today is your lucky day! I was going to challenge the entire group to take action and the first person to step up would get a surprise.”

“You, Sir, are the first person to step up and if you do purchase this Plan of Action Program right now, I will give you this $100.00 dollar bill (that he was holding up in the air).” Without hesitation, I snatched the $100.00 bill from his hand and proceeded to the ordering desk. By the way, for taking action I also received a round of applause. That felt good. I unexpectedly got paid $100.00, because I was motivated and because I took action!
